Waking up to the jaw-dropping view from my room in this 13th-century convent-turned-hotel was simply amazing. The room was not only a good size but also very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, reflecting the hotel's historic charm. The staff, including the incredibly helpful owner, really went above and beyond to make my stay special. While the dining experience could improve slightly, the overall stay was outstanding.

Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms, being part of a 13th-century convent, had a simple charm that suited the historical setting. While the communal areas were below average, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. I've stayed in better hotels for the same price, but the character of the building added a unique touch.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and simple, not very large but had character that aligned well with the historical origins of the convent. Decent for the price.
Service

The service was a bit intrusive at times, with staff hanging around the outdoor area making it uncomfortable. However, they were otherwise friendly and helpful during my stay.
Location

The location couldn't have been more central in Ravello, housed in a 13th-century monastery with stunning sea views. The proximity to major attractions made it convenient for exploring the area.
Dining

The dining experience had its ups and downs. While the food was generally good with a variety of choices, the lack of freshly squeezed juices was a drawback.

The facilities were adequate, offering what was necessary for a comfortable stay. Nothing extraordinary, but it served its purpose.

During my stay at this hotel, I found it to be a cozy retreat during a cold and rainy spell. The rooms were impeccably clean but on the smaller side, including the shower room. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, enhancing my overall travel experience. The location couldn't have been better, offering breathtaking views of the coast and a peaceful escape from the bustling tourist spots. The dining was satisfactory but lacked freshly squeezed juices, while the facilities were well-equipped to meet my needs.

The rooms are comfortable, though the bathroom could use an update. The service is exceptional, particularly with special requests. The central location makes for easy exploration between Amalfi and Ravello, and the dining options offer a decent selection. The on-site facilities are satisfactory, but some areas need improvement.
